This site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a proposal, deliver and report on the work, invoice, and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
We only share your details with our partners (Growthfather, Credot or Pelago) when you've asked us to bring them into a project, and with specialists working on your project only as far as the work needs.
We keep project material for the period set out in your project scope, or until you ask us to delete it, apart from anything we must keep for legal or tax reasons. We don't use your footage in our showreel or on this site without your permission.
Our team works from India, and the cloud services we use may store data in other countries. We use reputable providers, limit access to the people doing the work, and take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@fivesquare.co and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in Australia or New Zealand and unhappy with how we've handled it, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
